Training, Mentoring & Person Centred Counselling - London Based - Consultancy Services across the UK -

Day Programmes - Venues are booked on the premise that a core number min 10 and Maximum 30 participants have booked and have agreed to our cancellations Policy. No venue and course will be cancelled without prior notification of all participants / line managers as appropriate and whether an alternative venue can be found. Every effort to support the individual with a course and appropriate venue will occur. Access for All is a core principal of PCCUK and all venues will be assessed in order to meet the needs as fully as possible of participants with disabilities. All day programmes will start at 9am and end at 5pm, unless stated otherwise.

Half Day Programmes   

Designed to meet the needs of part time workers, and individuals with parental or caring responsbilities, are booked in accordance with programme design and can generally be run over two days. (although half day training can support this too).

To ensure that a thorough level of participant learning is achieved and with a view to cost efficency - these courses / workshops are designed to be held in the place of work, or booked locally to your organisation. For small groups, this can also be booked locally to your agency and can be combined with another agency need in partnership to cover costs. All half day programmes will start at 10.30 am and finish at 2.30pm unless stated otherwise.

Evening Workshops  

Designed again to meet the needs of part time workers, and individuals with parental or caring responsibilities, are booked in accordance with programme design and can generally be run over two evenings, unless specified as otherwise. To ensure that a thorough level of participant learning is achieved and with a view to cost efficiency, these courses / workshops are designed to be held in the place of work. For small groups, this can also be booked locally to your agency and can be combined with another agency need in partnership to cover costs. All evening programmes will start at 6pm and finish at 9pm unless stated otherwise.

       Residential Programmes

Support to develop your own residential programme and have this facilitated by a Person Centred Consultant is agreeable and encouraged. Our own residential programme can be used or alternatively a combination of a person centred planned programme as requested. All residential venues are assessed as appropriate for a range of group needs prior to booking / and is also assessed as appropriate for the PCCUK Residential programme as listed. All residential programmes start at 9.30am and end each day at 6pm and 4.30pm on the Sunday. Programmed 'quiet time' is encouraged dependant on the nature of the Residential. All programmes designed in conjunction with your agency / organisation will need to ensure that a minimum of two month notice is given to ensure availability of specific residential venues.
