Monthly, quarterly and year end evaluations of services towards growth. Identifying when / if  capacity building ends

Expanding Services - 11th / 12th March - Building an Expansion System Tool to support current and expected growth. Where expansion can occur. Assessment of need and resources. Identifying options for expansion. Leasing buildings, owning, capital projects. Understanding requirements and blocks to expansion of services. Branding and marketing your expansion of services. 

Strategic Delivery - 13th /18th March - Developing your Strategic Delivery of services. Principals of effective and efficient approaches to ensuring delivery occurs. Marketing and communication of your efforts internally and externally. Limitations of information and expectations of others. Developing a Strategic Delivery Statement. Increasing staff, students, volunteers and service users in your Strategic Delivery.
